Terms & Conditions:
I have been given complete information and understanding about the vehicle I have registered.
I have carefully read the terms and conditions mentioned in the booking form which are acceptable and binding to me and the name and address mentioned in the booking is also true and correct. So that is why I guarantee. I am still living there, and I am ready and willing to give documentary evidence about it. Also, I am aware that if there is a change in my place of residence before the delivery of the vehicle, my booking will be automatically cancelled.
I am also aware of the fact that I must take delivery of the vehicle within 4 days of being informed to take delivery of the vehicle. If I fail to do so, Raghuvanshi will give the bike to another customer, we will not mind that we do not have to raise any dispute about it and whenever Raghuvanshi asks us to deliver the bike, we will take delivery of the bike which is clear. We have got the understanding
Booking Time, I will be entitled to get the vehicle as per the details mentioned in the booking form. For example, the colour-model option of the vehicle (drumbrake-discbrake) will be the same as stated. If there is an opportunity for us to make any change, the booking will be deemed cancelled and we will have to fill up a new booking form again.
In any case, if the booking of the registered vehicle is cancelled, the money for cancellation of advance pay or any other transaction will be refunded from the check at the A / C scale after 3 days.
Technical features, designs and colours etc. can be changed as required, Changes can be made without any prior notice.
Raghuvanshi will not be held responsible for the unavailability of vehicle due to uncontrollable circumstances.
If any legal question arises, its jurisdiction will be limited to Navsari.
All debts like vehicle price, accessories, value added service, etc. must be paid by all the customers.
Registration, Certificate and Smart Card, are issued by RTO after registration of the vehicle. Estimated time is 90 days to get RC book and smart card Registration certificate Smart card is sent directly to the customer's residential address by the RTO office. The reasons for delay can be as follows.
Registration certificate and Smart cards sent by RTO may be delayed. The dealer will not be held responsible for such unknown reasons I have read the terms & Conditions.
